Traveling from North America, it was awesome to have Jesse the Canadian there, who was ready to translate whenever we needed. He completely eliminated the language barrier for me. Jesse and Alina are so warm and welcoming. They really are the best team. It was so comfortable traveling Colombia with a couple locals who could take me off the beaten path to see things no other tour company offers! Highly recommend!

Hey just a note on Avid Adventurers. Alina and Jesse provided our group with a wonderful vacation! They definitely had everything planned to the last detail. Transportation was not our worry they had that prearranged. Prior to going we had chosen with their help two stunning airbnb locations. First Santa Marta where they had arranged for travel to historic Cartagena where we took in some amazing sights. And then to a stunning beach that most people never get to see. Next we traveled to Bogotá to take in the sights and travel a bit there, met some locals and had such a wonderful experience. Alina and Jesse made the vacation something to remember. We felt safe and taken care of. We had a large group with a wide age range and we all felt safe and comfortable with everything they had planned for us. As always with vacations there's never enough time to see everything. I will definitely go back because of Alina and Jesse.

Trip was really well organized and felt safe the whole time. Got to see parts of the country that are less touristy and seen more of the culture. It was very fun and I’d definitely go again.
